Fin!

I finished my documentary today. Although I can't say im pleased. I feel like I could of done more and made it better if I had more time, But it was my fault for filming late. FAIL! The sound keeps messing up and needs alot more tweaking. However I know this for future reference. On to the paper work! xo

Editing

Editing seems to be taking for ages. Nothing seems to be going right with it! And the dead line is coming closer and closer. I began to do voice overs. It took me about seven attempts untill I got it to work! xo

End of filming!

We have finally finished filming! And to be honest iv'e never been so relieved! Onto editing now xo

Day seven I interviewed Dan.

Due to people being ill and late filming seems to be taking forever!xo

Lights.Camera.Action!

Today I began filming. I started filming Jade and what she felt about size zero. We then went on to ask her about the diet and what it included. After that we interviewed Rosie. A friend of Adams who was doing the course a couple of years ago. She had tried out loads of diet and talk about them to me. We then weighed Jade so we can weigh her after the diet to see if the diet worked. Jade also took a handy cam home so she documeant it at home. xo

The Scarsdale Diet!


The Scarsdale Diet! After doing some extra research as I had a slight change of direction in my documentary this was the diet I came across. It claims you can "loose up to twenty pounds in fourteen days!" This meant that my fellow class mate and friend Jade could loose seven pounds in one week. I did further research into this diet as I had to make sure it was safe. I could never let some one damage their health or mind due to a diet I gave them as an experiment. Especially a friend. I looked a little closer to this diet as many of the diets I had researched such as "The Atkins diet." The Atkins diet seemed promising until I discovered that you starved your body of carbohydrates and then gradually introduced them back in. This scared me allot because I felt that the whole process could cause many psychological and Health issues. However this was when the Scarsdale came to my rescue. The Scarsdale diet had many great reviews online and you don't deprive your body of anything you just simply replace for better. For example you would replace white bread with protein bread. The meals also seem very healthy and perfect amounts. I had decided. This was the diet Jade was going to try. I explained every thing to her all about what she is going to consume and for how long and if she had any questions. She also agreed this was a great diet and gladly agreed. All I needed to do was book a camera and start Filming! Xo

Rounding up the troup!

Today I have been rounding up my cast crew. Adam my friend is going to be my crew.Then Jade is going to be the main star.With interviews off Hollie,Lauren,Daniel and Rosie Jade who is going to be trying out a "Fad diet" In which it claims you are able to loose a pound a day. I am also going to find out if the media has anything to do with pressure on our generation to become so thin. I am going to be looking at celebrities etc. I have planned to follow Jade for a week however if I feel uncomfortable with the situation I will cancel the experiment. I am going to upload my new proposal soon and then begin filming hopefully. xo
