
The Scarsdale Diet! After doing some extra research as I had a slight change of direction in my documentary this was the diet I came across. It claims you can "loose up to twenty pounds in fourteen days!" This meant that my fellow class mate and friend Jade could loose seven pounds in one week. I did further research into this diet as I had to make sure it was safe. I could never let some one damage their health or mind due to a diet I gave them as an experiment. Especially a friend. I looked a little closer to this diet as many of the diets I had researched such as "The Atkins diet." The Atkins diet seemed promising until I discovered that you starved your body of carbohydrates and then gradually introduced them back in. This scared me allot because I felt that the whole process could cause many psychological and Health issues. However this was when the Scarsdale came to my rescue. The Scarsdale diet had many great reviews online and you don't deprive your body of anything you just simply replace for better. For example you would replace white bread with protein bread. The meals also seem very healthy and perfect amounts. I had decided. This was the diet Jade was going to try. I explained every thing to her all about what she is going to consume and for how long and if she had any questions. She also agreed this was a great diet and gladly agreed. All I needed to do was book a camera and start Filming! Xo
